* Ernest Gotinsky has filed suit claiming that defendant Jerry N. Black, M.D. failed to disclose information about a procedure performed on the plaintiff. The plaintiff claims that due to the surgery he has had a significant decrease in visual acuity. Gotinsky is also suing The Buckhannon Eye Center on a charge of civil conspiracy. The plaintiff is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages and requests a jury trial.
