Gary Wagner and Brenda Wagner v. Carlos Mullis

* The suit claims Mullis purchased a home in Barboursville in August 2000 from the plaintiffs for $86,000. Mullis then allegedly defaulted on the payments for the home and also caused severe damage to the property before he vacated it. The Wagners are seeking damages in the amount of $66,443,29.

Ray E. Bevins v. Rollyson's Car Wash, Inc.

* In December 2005, Bevins took his car to Rollyson's to have it
automatically washed and hand dried. On his way to the waiting area, Bevins allegedly slipped and fell on cosmetic substances such as Armour All and Tire Black that had accumulated on the walkway. Bevins claims that as a result of the fall, he has suffered physical pain and suffering and lost wages.
