Danny Fischer and Brittaney Fischer v. SWVA, Inc., SWVA, Inc. Employee Health Care Plan, The Ohio State University Medical Center Service Board, Medical Reimbursements of America, LLC, et al.
* Danny Fischer, an employee of SWVA and resident of Chillicothe, Ohio, claims SWVA, Inc. has failed to compensate him for the medical expenses he incurred when his daughter Brittaney was involved in a vehicle accident in Chillicothe. The expenses, $185,000, should be covered by SWVA's health care plan, according to Fischer. He is seeking compensatory damages.
