* Vig was a customer at Lone Star in August 2007 when, according to the suit, she slipped and fell on a clear, liquid substance on the floor. She claims the restaurant failed to warn her of the liquid and, as a result of her fall, she was rendered disabled. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
