* On Oct. 7, 2006, Grimes bought a new 2006 Chevrolet K2500 four-wheel drive pickup truck. She says it had nonconformities, including some that might be life threatening. She says GM failed to make the vehicle conform or replace it. Her damages include the loss of use of the vehicle, annoyance, inconvenience and expenses for replacement transportation. She seeks a revocation of the contract and a refund, cost of repairs and other expenses, damages for loss of use of the vehicle, annoyance, inconvenience and replacement transportation as well as attorney fees.
