* The complaint charges breach of warranty, fraud and unconscionable contract resulting from the October 2007 purchase of a 1998 vehicle. Woodrum says he put substantial funds into repairs for defective exhaust, motor and brakes. He seeks the costs of repairs and a civil penalty of $4,200. Woodrum wants the contract declared void and unenforceable.

Ideal Homes vs. Stewart D. Deviese and Amy D. Deviese, Countrywide Bank and Federal Savings Bank

* Ideal seeks $6,009 in unpaid balance of a $130,459 contract from September 2006 for materials and labor for the construction of a home at Sumerco. Ideal contends the Devieses owe the balance. To satisfy the claim, Ideal filed a Notice of Mechanic Lien on two parcels of real estate owned by the defendants.

Sue Ann Evans, executrix of the estate of her late husband, Fred Evans vs. Lori Sue Evans

* The plaintiff petitioned to freeze all accounts in the name of Lore Sue Evans at City National Bank. As executrix, the plaintiff charges that her daughter took advantage of the extended illness and mental condition of her father to obtain funds for her personal use. All bank records in the name of Lori Evans were subpoenaed for inspection.
