PERSONNEL FILE: Kenneth L. Carroll joins Steptoe & Johnson

CHARLESTON - Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to welcome Kenneth Carroll as a new associate in the firm's Charleston office.

He will focus his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law and real estate.

Carroll received his undergraduate education from the Lynchburg College and his legal education from the Appalachian School of Law. During his time at ASL, he served as Business Editor of the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal.
