* Privitera, an Information Technology Specialist employed by the Jefferson County Commission, claims that on March 11, Noland published an e-mail on an Internet list serve known as "OJ" containing comments that are defamatory and actionable in the way they disparage Privitera in the conduct of his business which was published by Noland to approximately 289 individuals. Privitera claims Nolandacted with reckless regard for truth and negligence in publishing false statements to third parties. He is seeking an amount of relief to be determined at trial.
