* On March 13, 2007, the parties signed a contract whereby the plaintiff was to perform specific design and engineering services for the defendants. The principal amount of this work that was due to the plaintiff was $21,192.86. A second contract was written on May 2, 2007, and the principal amount for this contract was $11,193.31. The plaintiff says it performed the requested work for both contracts; the defendant has not paid for the services. The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages.
