* Wines claims Ciliberti deviated from the standard of care during treatment of her on and after Aug. 22, 2007. She claims she suffered an undiagnosed injury to her sigmoid colon during a surgery, and it deteriorated to a life-threatening level and required multiple hospitalizations, surgeries and treatment. She seeks compensatory and punitive damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and costs.
