CHARLESTON -- Kay Casto & Chaney has announced that John D. Bupp has been hired as an associate in its Charleston Office.
Bupp is a native of Charleston, and his practice areas include Employment and Labor Law and Insurance / Litigation. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeals for West Virginia. He is a member of the Defense Trial Council of West Virginia and the Kanawha County Bar Association.
In 2006, Bupp graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. In May of this year, he received a J.D. from West Virginia University's College of Law.
