CHARLESTON -- Spilman Thomas & Battle is pleased to announce that Charity K. Flynn has joined the firm as an associate.

Flynn's primary areas of practice are insurance coverage and bad faith, general litigation, insurance law and personal injury litigation.

She received her B.A. in journalism, summa cum laude, in 2004 from Marshall University. She received her J.D. in 2007 from West Virginia University College of Law.

Spilman Thomas & Battle offers a full-service legal practice with more than 125 attorneys and locations in Charleston, Morgantown and Wheeling in West Virginia; Pittsburgh, Pa; Winston-Salem, N.C.; and Roanoke, Va.
