Alee Robbins as Adminstratix for Delores A. Decker vs. Matthew Veith, Phyllis Veith and the Pinnacle Club

* Robbins claims that Matthew Veith became invisibily toxicated while a patron at the Pinnacle Club's Bar. While under the influence, Robbins claims Veith drove home, and while on Rt. 705 in Morgantown, struck Decker's vehicle head on. She suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. Robbins is seeking judgment for injuries and damages, plus punitive damages, attorney fees, pre- and post-judgment interest.
